Vitamin C is an iron-recycling helper, it helps the body to utilize the iron better. GSE uses natural Vitamin C from organically grown Indian Amla fruit. This contains, in addition to many other valuable content as much Vitamin substances C like no other fruit, which is why we must not use synthetically produced ascorbic acid. In addition, the biological Amlaextrakt provides more naturally in the fruit occurring secondary plant substances, which protect the stability and activity of the Vitamin C and support.
