Recommended dosage for adults: 1-2 tablets twice a day with warm water. The daily dose (with 4 tablets daily) contains: 1160 mg herbs, 30 mg iron (= 214% of the reference amount).

Tiredness, lack of concentration, susceptibility to infections. All of these can be signs of iron deficiency. Frequent freezing, hair loss, dry corners of the mouth or torn fingernails are also typical signs of iron deficiency, which can lead to anemia without the necessary iron supply.

Iron is required, among other things, for oxygen transport, respiration, cell division and energy production. Since our body cannot produce the essential trace element itself, we have to ingest it regularly through our food!

The daily iron requirement of a man is around 10 mg, women are recommended 15 mg, and even 30 mg during pregnancy. Breastfeeding, heavy menstruation, regular blood donations, competitive sports and bleeding can also increase the iron requirement.
