Sushi rice is also ideal as a side dish for Thai curries or in Asian wok and pan dishes. Original Asian: Arche organic sushi rice can be easily eaten with chopsticks
preparation
Put rice in a saucepan with cold water, wash thoroughly, drain and drain on a sieve. Bring rice to the boil with 1 3/4 times the amount of fresh water and let it soak for 10 minutes on a low flame.
