Delicious milk rice flakes
Our rice pudding flakes are made from short grain rice. Therefore, the flakes have a pleasantly sweet note and are particularly tender - unlike the "normal" somewhat harder rice flakes.
For our Bauckhof wholegrain cereal flakes, we use Demeter raw materials that are not only produced in controlled organic, but also in biodynamic, regional cultivation. The natural fertility and vitality of the soil and plants are particularly encouraged by organic fertilizers and medicinal herbs.

Ingredients for 2-3 people:
100 g rice pudding flakes, 500 ml milk (alternatively: soy or cereal drink), to taste: cinnamon and sugarPut the rice pudding together with the milk in a saucepan. Bring to the boil while stirring and simmer for 1-2 minutes. Then let it swell for 3 minutes and then stir well again. Enjoy warm or cold!Serve with cinnamon-sugar, applesauce or fresh fruit to taste.Tip: The rice pudding can also be prepared in portions in the microwave .To do this, place 4 heaped tablespoons (approx. 50 g) of rice pudding flakes in a microwave-safe bowl and pour over 125 ml of cold milk or cereal drink. Mix well and heat on high for 2 minutes. Then leave to swell for 2 minutes and stir well again.ingredients
