This Haritaki from Nimi Ayurveda is of high-purity, laboratory-tested quality. It consists only of the plant parts specified in the Ayurvedic texts, the great myrobalan tree with the botanical name Terminalia chebula, and is processed and produced in accordance with Ayurvedic guidelines.
Recommended dosage
Stir 1g powder (one measuring spoon) into warm water twice a day and drink.
Do not exceed the recommended daily intake. The daily intake of 2g plant powder contains 790mg polyphenols.
Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a balanced and varied diet and a healthy lifestyle.
