Cosmoveda - ORGANIC Guduchi Churna, Tinospora Cordifolia - 500 g

Guduchi, with the botanical name Tinospora Cordifolia, is a perennial climbing plant with heart-shaped leaves and small yellow flowers, the trunk of which produces many aerial roots that hang down like tentacles. Stem, roots, juice and leaves are used in the Ayurvedic diet. Churna simply means "powder" in Sanskrit and is either a mixture of ground herbs and/or minerals, or - as here, a ground single herb. You can also get Guduchi as herbal capsules from Cosmoveda or as a sweetened instant tea with Guduchi .

According to Ayurveda, this product correlates at the level of the harmonious balance of the doshas by balancing the six flavors. It provides tart and bitter flavors.

Recommended consumption

Take one level measuring spoon daily (divided into 2 portions) between meals: pour boiling water over it, let it steep briefly and drink warm. The daily consumption of 2.10g of herbal powder contains 15.65mg of polyphenols².
