Is the Kapha Balance Set suitable for me?

In Ayurveda, the dosa Kapha is also referred to as phlegm, its characteristics are cool, oily, heavy, immobile, the taste is sweet and salty - if this dosa is disturbed, you feel exhausted, tired and listless. The skin is greasy, cool and yet you have sweaty hands, everything feels tough and soft, you tend to be overweight and suffer from illnesses such as asthma or sinusitis.

How to bring your Kapha back into balance

Organic Kapha massage oil
A wonderfully revitalising oil blend that lifts you out of your "mental slump". The oil is particularly suitable for partial and full body massages in the morning. Before use, the oil should be warmed slightly in a water bath so that it is better absorbed by the skin.

Organic Vata tea, stress-reducing
The tea is energising and cheerful. A revitalising, tasty, slightly spicy blend for the whole day.

It is best to brew 1 litre with 2 tablespoons of the mixture in the morning and drink it throughout the day.

Organic Vata Balance Churna
Increased Kapha is characterised by heaviness in the body and sluggishness in the mind, especially after meals. Our spice blend stimulates the digestive fire, agni, and thus improves the breakdown of food and especially the digestion of fat. You can use it to flavour your vegetables, dhal or rice or, if you have persistent digestive problems, mix 1 teaspoon of the mixture with a little ghee, take it before eating and drink some warm water.

Ayurveda White Vata face mask
Kapha skin tends to be oily, with puffiness, especially on the face. Our herbal mask stimulates blood circulation and thus the removal of deposits. The mask gives the skin firmness and a good radiance. Mix 1-2 tablespoons of the powder with the ghee to form an even, not too liquid paste. Apply a thin layer to the face with a mask brush and leave on for 15 minutes.
