It is also a wonderful addition to vegan milk, tart teas or spicy tomato salad. The linseed oil also has a high content of the polyunsaturated omega-3 fatty acid alpha-linolenic acid. With a daily intake of just 2 grams (5 ml Omega Purple = approx. 1 teaspoon), this contributes to maintaining normal blood cholesterol levels.

Carefully add the linseed oil mixture to food or drinks with a teaspoon. Do not heat.
The high-quality vegetable oil mixture with 85% linseed oil is ideal for vegan milk, tea or tomato salad.
