Rapunzel Pasta Semola is made from ground Italian durum wheat semolina. It contains 65% of the cereal grain. After pressing and shaping with the appropriate die, slow and gentle drying takes place over 10 hours at a maximum of 60°C.
preparation
For 100g of pasta, bring 1 liter of water to a boil and add salt. Add the noodles to the water and stir gently. When the cooking time is over, add a little cold water to stop the cooking water from boiling and drain the pasta. Cooking time: 8 minutes.
