The passion flower was in the 17th century. Century as an Ornamental plant brought to Europe. Their healing power was only in the 20th century. Century recognized. Since then, active substances from the passion flower are used against nervous restlessness.
Application
For tea pour over one to two teaspoons of passion flower herb with boiling water and leave it for about 10 minutes. Combined with similar-looking plants such as Valerian or hops, you can have a tasty evening tea mix.
