The Gritham will have a particularly intensive effect if you warm them in warm water before use. This can be done in a bottle warmer for infant formula or in a water bath. To do this, either place the bottle directly in a pot of hot water or put an appropriate amount of oil in a small glass bowl and heat it in hot water.
