In Ayurveda, herbs such as arjuna are an important part of our diet and are crucial for providing the body with sufficient secondary plant substances and certain flavours, especially "bitter" and "tart". According to Ayurvedic teachings, herbs therefore help to maintain the balance of the doshas on a subtle-energetic level.

However, Ayurvedic herbs are in no way a substitute for a healthy, balanced diet and are also not able to compensate for deficiency symptoms in the case of an otherwise one-sided, unbalanced diet. The mode of action of Ayurvedic herbs is based on traditional Ayurvedic knowledge. Ayurvedic herbs work at the level of the doshas. An effect in the sense of modern Western science is therefore not claimed. In particular, the aspect of balancing the doshas has no equivalent in our science, so that there is no confirmation of the effects described in Ayurveda in the sense of Western science.

Use

Enjoy Ayus Arishta Arjuna in small quantities after a meal.

Once opened, store in a cool place and consume within 3 - 4 weeks.
